How do I book a hotel?
Search by destination and dates on the homepage, choose a hotel and room, enter the guest details and pay on a secure payment page by card or mobile wallet.
When do I pay?
Most rates are paid at checkout. Many refundable rates also offer "Book now, pay later": we hold the room and email you a payment link, and you pay within the time shown (up to 48 hours). If you don't pay in time, the hold is cancelled at no cost.
Can I cancel my booking?
Each rate shows its cancellation policy before you pay, and again in My Bookings. You can cancel from My Bookings; any charge is shown before you confirm. Approved refunds are made manually to your original payment method within 7–14 days.
Where is my voucher?
We email you a PDF voucher when your booking is confirmed, and you can download it any time from My Bookings.
Do I need a visa?
That depends on your nationality and destination. Please check with the official embassy or consulate before you travel.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are made on the secure page of our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
