It is able to provide a whole host of different activities.The residence is made up of 2 buildings linked together by an overhead shopping arcade. It offers a lobby, bakery service, wireless Internet hot spot (for a fee), laundry facility (for a charge) and a covered car park (for a fee).The apartments, from studios for 2/3 to 4-room apartments for 8 persons, are fully equipped with a kitchenette with microwave/grill, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a dishwasher, an en suite bathroom with bath or shower and generally a separate toilet. A TV (for a fee) and wireless Internet access (for a fee) are also provided and most have a balcony or terrace.The apartment hotel features a heated swimming pool and a free sauna.A security deposit is requested (2 separate payments, one for the apartment and one for the cleaning). TV fees (already set up in the apartments), baby equipment hire, pet fees and end of stay cleaning on request are to be paid on the premises.
