Each booking shows its specific cancellation policy at the time of purchase, on the confirmation page, and inside My Bookings.
Free cancellation
Many hotels offer free cancellation up to a deadline (typically 24-72 hours before check-in). The exact deadline is shown on the booking page before you pay.
Non-refundable rates
Some rates are non-refundable in exchange for a lower price. These are clearly marked before you pay.
How to cancel
Go to My Bookings, open the booking, and click Cancel booking. You'll see any penalty before you confirm.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Flights
Flight cancellations follow the airline's own fare rules. We will display these before purchase.
