Free cancellation
Many rates can be cancelled free of charge up to a deadline set by the hotel. The exact deadline is shown before you pay.
Book now, pay later
If you hold a room with "Book now, pay later" and don't pay before the deadline shown, the hold is cancelled automatically at no cost.
Non-refundable rates
Some rates are non-refundable in exchange for a lower price. They are clearly marked before you pay and can't be refunded after payment.
How to cancel
Go to My Bookings, open the booking and cancel it. Any cancellation charge is shown before you confirm.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made manually by our team to your original payment method within 7–14 days.
