What we collect

  • Account details (name, email, phone, country, preferred language and currency)
  • Booking details (traveller names, dates of birth, nationalities, passport numbers when required by suppliers, destinations)
  • Payment metadata from Stripe (we never store full card numbers on our servers)
  • Optional marketing preferences
  • Cookie & usage analytics — only with your consent

Why we collect it

To deliver and support your bookings, send transactional emails (booking confirmation, payment receipts, password resets), prevent fraud, comply with our legal obligations, and — only with your consent — improve our service and contact you with relevant offers.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. Account data is retained until you delete your account.

Your rights (GDPR / similar regimes)

  • Access, export and delete your data anytime from Account → Privacy
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Withdraw consent for marketing or analytics at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority
