These Terms of Service govern your use of Travel Plus More. By creating an account or booking on our website you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and the supplier's own terms (airline, hotel, or tour operator). The supplier's terms always apply in addition to ours.
2. Account & acceptance
When you create an account you must confirm acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We record the moment you accept.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount displayed at checkout.
4. Changes & cancellations
Cancellations and changes are governed by the supplier's policy, which is displayed before you complete checkout and again on your booking confirmation. See also our Cancellation Policy.
5. Liability
Travel Plus More acts as an intermediary agent for the supplier and is not liable for the supplier's performance, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Travel Plus More is incorporated. Local mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
