Cancellation & Refund Policy
Understanding when you can cancel, what fees apply, and how refunds work.
Cancellation terms depend on the rate type you booked. The policy for each booking is displayed clearly before you pay, and again on your confirmation email. Below are the common scenarios you may encounter when booking hotels through Travel Plus More.
Cancellation scenarios
Free cancellation
Your booking can be cancelled at no charge before the stated free-cancellation deadline shown at checkout. After cancellation, a full refund is returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Partial refund
Some rates allow cancellation within a window that falls inside the penalty period. In this case a partial charge (e.g. one night's fee) is applied and the remainder is refunded to your card.
Non-refundable
Non-refundable rates are priced lower but cannot be cancelled or modified for a refund. The full amount will be charged and no refund will be issued. These are labelled clearly as 'Non-refundable' before you book.
No-show
If you do not show up and have not cancelled in advance, the hotel may charge the full stay. This is treated the same as a non-refundable booking.
How to cancel a booking
- Log in to your account and go to My Bookings.
- Find the booking you want to cancel and click View.
- Click Cancel Booking and review the penalty (if any) shown on the cancellation preview screen.
- Confirm the cancellation. Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method.
