Everything you need to know to use the Travel Plus More B2B partner portal effectively.

Agency dashboard

After logging in, your dashboard shows your agency's credit balance, booking totals, monthly revenue trend, and recent bookings at a glance.

  • Use the credit overview widget to monitor available credit before making large bookings.
  • The monthly trend chart updates daily so you can track performance at a glance.
  • Bookmark /en/b2b/dashboard for quick access.

Managing bookings

All bookings made through your agency account appear in My Bookings, filterable by status, date, and reference number.

  • Use the booking reference to look up a specific reservation quickly.
  • Cancellation deadlines are shown in UTC — make sure clients are aware of the hotel's local time zone.
  • Download the PDF voucher from the booking detail page to share with your client.

Managing sub-agents

Agency admins can invite sub-agents from the B2B portal settings. Each agent gets their own credentials and their bookings are tracked separately.

  • Agents inherit the agency's markup rules by default.
  • You can suspend an agent at any time without deleting their booking history.
  • All agent actions are logged in the audit trail visible to agency admins.

Partner FAQ

How do I add a new agent to my account?

Log in as a b2b_admin, go to the portal settings, and use the 'Invite agent' button. The new agent will receive an email with setup instructions.

Can I change my agency's markup after going live?

Yes. Contact your partner account manager or submit a support request. Markup changes take effect on new bookings only.

What happens if a client needs to cancel a non-refundable booking?

Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded. We recommend always informing clients of the cancellation policy before they pay.

How do I get a monthly commission statement?

Monthly commission statements are available in the Reports section of your B2B dashboard and can be exported as CSV.
