These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply whenever you use www.travelplusmore.com (the "Site"), create an account or make a booking with us. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Cancellation Policy. By creating an account or making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Travel Plus More is an online travel agency based in the Arab Republic of Egypt, operated by E-booking 365, a company registered with the Egyptian Tax Authority ("we", "us", "our"). Through the Site you can search for and book hotel accommodation around the world.

We are not the hotel. The accommodation is provided by the hotel itself, usually through our wholesale travel partners (together, the "Supplier"). We act as an intermediary: we arrange your reservation with the Supplier, take your payment and look after you before, during and after your stay.

You can reach us at info@travelplusmore.com or on +20 100 993 0271.

2. Our services

  • At present the Site sells hotel accommodation only. If other travel products (such as flights) appear on the Site, they are not yet available to book, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell them.
  • Most hotels are supplied through our wholesale partners. Some properties are contracted with us directly.
  • Availability and prices come live from our Suppliers' systems and can change at any moment until your booking is confirmed.

3. Your account

  • You need an account to make a booking. You can register with your email address and a password, or with your Google account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
  • The information you give us must be true, accurate and complete, and you must keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done through your account. Use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else. Tell us immediately if you think someone has used your account without permission.
  • When you register we record the date and time at which you accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used fraudulently, or puts other customers, our Suppliers or the Site at risk. If this affects an existing booking, we will tell you and deal with it fairly under the booking's cancellation policy.
  • You can close your account at any time from Account → Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data when you do.

4. Prices, nationality and currency

  • What you pay. The total shown on the payment step, before you pay, is the full amount we will charge you for the booking, including any taxes and fees we collect, which are listed there as separate lines.
  • Charges payable at the hotel. Unless the booking says otherwise, the price does not include charges the hotel collects locally, such as city or tourist taxes, resort fees, security deposits, parking, meals outside your board basis, minibar and other extras. You pay these directly to the hotel.
  • Nationality. Hotel rates can depend on the traveller's nationality. A rate is valid only for the nationality selected in your search, and the lead guest's nationality must match it. If it does not, you will need to search again with the correct nationality and the price may change. A hotel may refuse check-in or charge the difference if the nationality given was incorrect.
  • Live prices. Prices come live from our Suppliers. The countdown at checkout shows how long the offered price is held; when it runs out we fetch a fresh price. When you book, we check the price with the Supplier again. If it has gone up, we show you the new price and you decide whether to continue; we never charge you more than the price you confirmed. If it has gone down, you pay the lower price.
  • Currency. You can view prices in several currencies for convenience, but all payments are charged in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Amounts in other currencies are converted using exchange rates that we update regularly and are for guidance only. The EGP amount shown on the payment step is fixed when your booking is created, and that is the amount charged. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees, which are outside our control.
  • Obvious errors. If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical or human error (for example, a small fraction of the real price), we may cancel the booking and refund you in full, or offer you the booking at the correct price.

5. Making a booking

  • Enter every guest's name exactly as it appears on their passport or ID document.
  • The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and must be one of the people staying. Some hotels set a higher minimum age for check-in.
  • Declare the correct number of adults and children and the correct ages of the children. A hotel may refuse guests who were not declared or charge extra for them.
  • Special requests (such as bed type, a high floor or early check-in) are passed on to the hotel but are not guaranteed, and some may cost extra at the hotel.
  • Make sure your email address and phone number are correct. We use them to send your confirmation and to contact you about your booking.
  • Your booking forms a contract between you and the Supplier for the accommodation, and between you and us for our booking service.
  • A booking is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation email with your booking reference. A booking that is not paid in time expires automatically.

6. Payment

  • Payments are processed on the secure payment page of our licensed payment provider. Depending on what that page offers, you can pay by bank card, by mobile wallet or, where available, in instalments through your bank. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • By paying, you authorise us to charge the full amount shown on the payment step.
  • Pay now. For most bookings you pay the full amount when you book.
  • Book now, pay later. Some refundable rates can be reserved without paying straight away. Before you confirm, we show you the payment deadline, which is never more than 48 hours after booking and always at least 24 hours before the rate's free-cancellation deadline. We also email you a secure payment link. If we have not received payment by the deadline, the reservation is cancelled automatically and you owe nothing.
  • Payment before confirmation. For some rates we take your payment first and then confirm the room with the Supplier. If the Supplier cannot confirm it, we cancel the booking and refund the full amount you paid.
  • Instalment plans, where offered, are an arrangement between you and your bank, and their fees and conditions are set by the bank.
  • If your payment is declined or reversed, the booking may be cancelled. If you dispute a valid charge with your bank, we may give the bank the evidence of your booking.

7. Confirmation and voucher

  • Once your booking is confirmed, we email you your booking reference and hotel voucher. You can also download the voucher from My Bookings. Where the Supplier issues its own voucher, we may give you that one instead.
  • Please check your confirmation and voucher as soon as you receive them, and tell us within 24 hours if anything is wrong (names, dates, room type or number of guests).
  • At check-in, show your voucher (printed or on your phone) together with a valid passport or photo ID for every guest.

8. Cancellations, changes and refunds

  • Every rate has its own cancellation policy, set by the Supplier. It is shown before you pay, in your confirmation and in My Bookings. It tells you whether the rate is refundable, until when you can cancel free of charge and how much you will be charged after that.
  • Non-refundable rates are cheaper, but no money is returned if you cancel, change the booking or do not show up.
  • How to cancel. Go to My Bookings, open the booking and cancel it. Before you confirm, we show you any cancellation charge. If you are close to a deadline, cancel early or contact us.
  • Changes. Bookings cannot be changed online. To change the dates, guests or room, you can cancel under the booking's cancellation policy and make a new booking at the current price, or contact us and we will try to help. Any change depends on the Supplier's agreement and may cost more.
  • No-shows and early departures. If you do not arrive, or you leave early, the hotel normally charges for the whole stay and no refund is due unless the Supplier agrees otherwise.
  • Refunds. When a refund is due, our team reviews it and issues it to your original payment method within 7–14 days. Refunds are made in Egyptian pounds; if your card is in another currency, the amount credited may differ because of your bank's exchange rate.
  • Our Cancellation Policy gives more detail.

9. If something goes wrong

  • If the Supplier cancels your booking, or the hotel cannot honour it (for example because of overbooking or closure), we will tell you as soon as we know. We will then either help you find comparable alternative accommodation, or refund in full what you paid for the part of the booking that cannot be provided.
  • If you have a problem during your stay, tell the hotel reception straight away so they can put it right, and let us know too. Many problems can only be solved on the spot.
  • Send any complaint to info@travelplusmore.com with your booking reference, preferably within 30 days of check-out, so that we can investigate it with the Supplier.

10. Your responsibilities when travelling

  • You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, entry permits and any health documents your trip requires, and for following the laws and the hotel rules at your destination.
  • We recommend buying travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and loss of belongings.
  • Hotels set their own check-in and check-out times and house rules (for example on children, pets, smoking and visitors). They may ask for a credit card or a cash deposit at check-in, and in some countries they must apply local rules at check-in.

11. Hotel information

  • Hotel descriptions, photos, facilities, star ratings and locations come mainly from our Suppliers and from the hotels themselves. We publish this information in good faith, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete or up to date. Photos are for illustration only.
  • Star ratings reflect the classification provided by the Supplier or the local authorities, and standards differ between countries.
  • Facilities such as pools, restaurants or spas may be seasonal, closed for maintenance or charged separately. If a particular facility matters to you, contact us or the hotel before you book.
  • Distances and map locations are approximate.

12. Business (agency) accounts

Travel agencies can apply for a business account. A business account is activated only after we approve it, and is also subject to the commercial terms we agree with the agency; where those terms conflict with these Terms, the agreed commercial terms prevail for that agency. Agencies are responsible for the bookings their staff make and for passing the relevant booking conditions on to their own customers.

13. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or make false, speculative or duplicate bookings;
  • use another person's payment details without their authorisation;
  • use robots, scrapers or other automated tools to access, copy or monitor the Site or its prices;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the Site, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
  • resell bookings or Site content commercially without our written permission (except through an approved business account).

14. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, the Travel Plus More name and logo, and the content we create belong to us or our licensors. Hotel content and images belong to their respective owners. You may use the Site only to plan and book your own travel, and not for any commercial purpose.

15. Our liability

  • We are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill. The hotel is responsible for providing the accommodation and services it describes.
  • As an intermediary, we are not liable for the acts or failures of hotels or Suppliers, or for any injury, loss, damage or cost arising from the accommodation or the hotel's services, unless it was caused by our own negligence.
  • As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost earnings, missed flights or other travel arrangements).
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes any right you have as a consumer, including under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018).

16. Events outside our control

Neither we nor our Suppliers are responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, strikes or failures of power or communication networks. In such cases, whether you are due a refund depends on the booking's cancellation policy and on applicable law, and we will help you with the Supplier.

17. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. To make your booking, we share the guest details it needs with the Supplier and the hotel.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site when you make a booking applies to that booking. If we make significant changes, we will let you know by email or on the Site. The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any booking made under them, are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If a dispute arises, please contact us first, as most issues can be solved quickly. If we cannot resolve it together, the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory right you may have to bring a claim in your country of residence.

20. General

  • If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up.
  • These Terms are published in Arabic and English. If the two versions conflict, the Arabic version prevails.
